RETURN POLICY
At Project 0300, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it
• Have original tags attached
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
To start a return, contact us at admin@thompsonsummitgroupllc.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized products
• Worn, washed, or used items
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or item, the quickest option is to contact customer support at admin@thompsonsummitgroupllc.com to discuss the best option for you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at admin@thompsonsummitgroupllc.com.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Returned items must still meet the eligibility requirements listed above.
