Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Project 0300 is not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Project 0300 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.
